MONDO DEVELOPER Adapted and installed at Smith/Martin Station
My grandfather Conrad Carlson, who only had an 8th grade education, moved here in 1941. He became a real estate investor and developed Hudson Manor in 1948. 2 bedroom homes cost $3,495, only $350 down. All of my family, grandparents, mom and dad and 2 uncles lived in Hudson Manor.
