SEAVIEW at Whale Tail Playground in West Seattle’s Alki neighborhood shows a colorful underwater scene. 

The precast glass mosaic mural is mortared into the curved face of a seat wall bordering the tot play area.  Mosaic medallions in the walkway are a few of the 120 donor recognition elements.  These medallions were designed and made by the donors themselves during workshops led by the artist.
